Itineraries

Meet at the airport in the morning. Transfer and check in the hotel.

Afternoon, strolling in the colonial quarter. Welcome dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at hotel.

This morning we start our itinerary with a morning city tour of Hanoi, taking in the Ho Chi Minh Complex which includes the Mausoleum, the One Pillar Pagoda, the Presidential Palace, Fine Arts Museum as well as Ho Chi Minh’s former stilt house residence. Then, visit Temple of Literature, Ngoc Son Temple. After lunch, visit Bat Trang pottery, HoanKiem Lake and the vibrant old quarter .Overnight at the hotel.

Notes:

  • Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum close on Monday and Friday morning.
  • The itinerary can be changed due to weather, tide levels and operating conditions.
  • Bat Trang pottery village will be visited on Mon, Wed & Fri (without Ethnology Museum). Ethnology Museum will be visited on Sun, Tue, Thu & Sat (without Bat Trang pottery village).

After the breakfast, drive to Halong. On the way, stop to visit the handicraft villages surrounding Hanoi: Bat Trang, Dong Ho, and Dong Ky as well as But Thap pagoda.

Arrive in Halong and check in the hotel. Night in hotel in Halong city.

Breakfast at the hotel then you’ll board a traditional Vietnamese “junk” boat for a 6-hour cruise around the bay. You’ll have a chance to enjoy the breathtaking beauty of this world wonder. The ghostly islands rising from the water are mainly made from limestone and are the result of the water level rising and lowering over the centuries, forming a karst. The process of erosion and weathering formed the karsts of Halong Bay into the unique shapes you see today. You will visit Sung Sot Cave, or “Surprise Grotto,” on Bo Hon Island.and Ti Top Island. A seafood lunch will be served on the boat, and in the afternoon you’ll head back to Hanoi.

Free time for dinner and transfer to the railway station for the 21h00 train in destination of Hue. Night in on train.

Arrive in Hue. Pick up at the station and transfer to hotel for have breakfast. (check in time 14:00 PM )

Then enjoy guided tour of the Citadel containing the Imperial city and the Forbidden Purple city.

Afternoon, we’ll have a boat trip on the romantically named Perfume River and visit Hue’s best- known religious site, Thien Mu Pagoda .You’ll also visit the mausoleum of Emperor Minh Mang, set in a tranquil garden surrounded by many lakes. This impressive landmark reflects the beautiful architecture of Hue with its intricate decor and mysterious statues.

Visit the Dong Ba market.

Night in Hue.

After breakfast, drive to Hoi An, a historic old Quarter. On the way to Hoian stop in LangCo, the village of the fishermen.Visit Marble Mountain. Check in the hotel in Hoi An.

Afternoon, Visit Hoi An – an old trading town. Explore the town and nearby Cua Dai beach. A walking tour is highly recommended as it the best way to see the wooden-fronted houses that once belonged to the town’s prosperous merchants. There’s also the Japanese Covered Bridge, TanKy Old House, Chinese Assembly Hall, PhucKien Pagoda, Hoian Museum and Market. Hoi An is one of the best places in Vietnam to shop for souvenirs at bargain prices including silk, handicrafts, antiques and paintings.

Cruise 1 hour on Thu Bon River.

Night in Hoi An.

AM: Drive to Da Nang for the morning flight to Ho Chi Minh –city. Transfer to the hotel for checking in. Strolling in the colonial city ( the post, the Cathedral).

PM: Visit the city: the Reunification Hall, China Town and ThienHau Pagoda, BinhTay market as well as the village where they make lacquerer. Overnight at hotel.

Pick up at hotel and drive to My Tho by private car. Cross Mekong river by motorized boat.Row- boat ride along small creeks to Mekong River estuary. Motorized boat cruise along natural creeks and quiet village in Ben Treprovince.Visitorchards,bee – keeping farm,taste natural honey & honey wine,enjoy tropical fruit,traditional music , see round a distillery. See Coconut candy production process,taste candy & Coconut pulp. Then back to Hochiminh in late afternoon. Night at hotel.

Breakfast at hotel, free at leisure until transfer to the airport for the departure flight.
