Important Notes:
Upon your arrival in the bustling Ho Chi Minh City, your guide will welcome you at the airport and then transfer you to your hotel for check-in. Your room is at your disposal.
Check-in time at the hotel is at 2:00 pm, and in case you would like to secure an early check-in, you can pay a surcharge.
Optional: We introduce the one-of-a-kind traditional performances found nowhere else than in Vietnam: Water Puppet Show, where puppets are performed on a water stage with folk music, presenting ancient tales, folklore, and daily life in the Vietnamese countryside. Get picked up at the hotel then transferred to Cai Be jetty at 10:00 am.
You will be welcomed with cold towels and a refreshing drink while the Cai Be Princess sampan sets off for its leisure cruise on the busy waterways.
Observe from the comfort of your sampan life as it plays out on the riverbanks – the people, the stunning landscapes – while your attentive crew serves you tea and seasonal fruit.
At Tan Phong, Islet boarded a little rowing boat to explore the canal’s hidden mangroves. Return to your sampan to visit an ancient house built in the 19th century.
We’ll make stops along the way to provide glimpses of local cottage industries: coconut candy and puffed rice (the local equivalent of popcorn). These products provide a living for the river people. Your cruise ends at Le Longanier Restaurant. Lunch is served in this exquisite colonial-style villa set in a lush tropical garden by the river, surrounded by fruit trees, giving you a sense of life during Indochinese times.
After lunch, at around 2:30 pm, take a short walk along a small canal towards the Ba Bon Bridge, where your vehicle is waiting to take you to Ho Chi Minh City. Arrive at your hotel at around 4:30 pm.
Enjoy your free time until the driver picks you up at the hotel lobby and transfers you to Tan Son Nhat airport for the flight to Da Nang.
Upon arrival at Da Nang airport, transfer to the hotel in Hoi An for relaxation and refreshment. Free time for the rest of the day.
08:30AM/ or 14:30PM: You will be picked up at your hotel lobby by bike and we start cycling through the village (around 6 km). On the way we may see lots of stunning landscapes from peaceful countryside such as green water coconut forest and prawn & red snapper farms or immerse ourselves in rustic beauty of rice fields.
Arrival at Trà Quế organic farm. We will take a short stroll around the vegetable garden while listening to the life-changing story of the farmers since they have been approached organic method of cultivating herbs.
Afterwards we join the farmers to do some gardening activities like preparing and applying organic manure to the land, raking the ground, sowing herb seed, watering or picking vegetables.
then continue cycling to the rice farming village, on the way we enjoy the beauty of the peaceful countryside here. Then Reach a local house, be welcome with wet tissues, taking a rest and enjoy a glass of passion juice, then learn how to making white rice (ready Rice product to use in Viet Nam) by traditional way with some old hand machine in my house:
Firstly, Husking the rice to have brown rice – winnowing to separate brown rice from husk – sifting and pounding brown rice to become white rice – grinding white rice to get rice flour, and cooking rice pancake from rice flour .You will join a short rice pancake cooking class with local host – Last step is :Enjoy the Lunch with some specialties of our village : Tam Huu (three friends ), Deep Fried Spring Rolls (vegetarian style), Local rice pancake serve with fresh organic vegetable and fish sauce, Steamed rice, Fish (or chicken’ meat ), shrimp, pork, Season fruits

Enjoy your free time until the driver picks you up at the hotel lobby and transfers you to Da Nang airport to fly to Hanoi. Upon arrival, the driver will be waiting to take you to the hotel in Hanoi.
At around 18:00, the tour guide will pick you up to start the local excursion. You will walk into hidden corners of the city and taste the significant street food.
Back to your hotel and relax (you can request to end the excursion in one coffee shop near your hotel to have time to watch and enjoy the city a bit).
On this day, you will visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed on Monday, Friday, and during September and October) and his former residence (closed on Monday and Friday), One-Pillar Pagoda, and the Temple of Literature, known as the first university of Vietnam and built more than 1,000 years ago. Continue the city tour to the Museum of Ethnology.
After lunch at a local restaurant, enjoy a leisurely one-hour cyclo tour through Hanoi. Visit the beautiful Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple, then take a walking tour into the hidden alleys of Hanoi Old Quarter. Around 16:30, return to your hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, the driver picks up and transfers to Halong Bay, listed as a World Heritage of outstanding natural beauty, known in Vietnamese as “Dragon descending to the sea.”
Upon arrival, the boat crew welcomes you, while the cruise gets around Halong Bay with a delicious local seafood lunch served on board. You can also behold thousands of limestone islands and caves rising from the clear, emerald water.
Following the break, you’ll join some activities such as visiting a cave, kayaking, or swimming in the sea before getting back to the junk for relaxing and dinner—overnight on board.
Our tour guide will not escort you on the cruises but crew members who are fluent in English.
You can enjoy a memorable sunrise over the karst formations of Halong Bay. Breakfast will be served shortly after that while the cruise takes you slowly through the magnificent rock formations back towards port.
Upon disembarkation, our driver will be waiting to transport the Hanoi hotel for check-in.
