    Hanoi Arrival
    You’ll be met & transferred to your Hotel. Today is a time to relax and unwind and to begin to discover this fascinating country.
    Hotel rooms may not be ready until 14:00 but an early check-in would be guaranteed with a surcharge. The rest of the day is at leisure. Subject to your arrival time, you may want to venture out to explore the city on your own or join one of our wonderful optional excursions in and around Hanoi, such as a walking tour through Hanoi Old Quarter for you first impression of Vietnam’s capital city.

  • DAY 2

    Hanoi - Halong Bay
    Have breakfast and then check out your hotel.

    7.30 - 8.00 Guide and driver pick you up by shuttle bus. Drive to Halong Bay. It will take 3.5 to 4 hours. You will participate in fantastic 2-day Halong Bay cruise tour.
    Upon your arrival in Halong, you will be welcomed on board of a junk cruise. Cruise into the the magical bay while lunch is served.

    Engage in interesting activities: trekking, swimming on a quiet beach or sunbathing on the sundeck.
    Late afternoon, visit a floating fishing village with an opportunity to interact with fishermen who have been living in the bay for almost three generations.

    At sunset, kayak or simply take a bamboo row boat to discover a water tunnel with many coral reefs in a scenic lagoon. Back on board your junk, enjoy watching the peaceful sunset and later unwind at a restaurant with dinner served.

    Halong Bay - Hanoi - Lao Cai
    Wake up in the bay with the sound of waves and birds welcoming the new day. You will have the opportunity to view the sunrise over the bay.

    Your boat will cruise back to Halong Pier through spectacular karsts and limestone rock formations.
    At leisure till 20:00: You will be transferred to Hanoi Train Station for an overnight train to Sapa. It takes about 9 hours to go from Hanoi to Sapa by train.

    Sapa - Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van - Sapa
    Pick up at the train station when you arrive and transfer to Sapa by a tourist shared bus.

    Early check in is possible when you arrive if the room available ( Or you will pay extra) otherwise we will provide you a basic room where you can have shower .

    Start the trip at 9:30 to discover Sapa and surrounding
    First start of 6km of walking down to the south-east of Sapa along the side of Muong Hoa valley to Y Linh Ho village of the Black H’mong. Continue a 2km-trekking down to Lao Chai village, through terraced rice fields to Ta Van village of the Dzay minority people. Lunch at a local family, it gives you a worth chance for you to learn about the local house architecture which is full of their daily life styles and exclusive custom. Enjoy the landscapes on the way. Last trek is about 2Km to the bus stop in Tavan then get back to Sapa by jeep or minivan.

  • DAY 5

    Sapa - Cat Cat - Sin Chai - Lao Cai - Hanoi
    A walk down to the South-west of Sapa (around 4 km) to visit Cat Cat Village of the Black H’mong. Relax at the food of the stunning waterfall and the vestige of a hydroelectric power station that was constructed by the French during the colonial time in Vietnam. Enjoy picnic lunch by the side of the river, and then next 3 km to Sin Chai Village, the village located at the foot of Fansipan Mountain, “the roof of Indochina”. From here you can enjoy huge stunning landscapes before climbing up on the way a jeep to return to Sapa.
    Transfer back to Hanoi by shuttle bus

    Hanoi - Da Nang - Hoi An
    HALF DAY HANOI CITY TOUR
     
    Visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed on Monday, Friday and during the months of September, October and November for annual maintenance) and his former residence (closed on Monday and Friday), One-Pillar Pagoda and the Temple of Literature, known as the first university of Vietnam and built more than 1,000 years ago. Afterwards, continue to Hoan Kiem Lake and visit the Ngoc Son Temple.
    After lunch transfer to Noi Bai international airport to take a domestic flight to Da Nang ( the flight will take about 1 hour and 30 minutes ).

    Our guide and driver will be waiting for you at the airport to take you to Hoi An (the drive will take about 1 hours).
    When arriving at Hoi An ancient town, check in at hotel and you will have free time for the rest of the day to enjoy the ancient beauty of the town at night.

    Spend the balance of day free at leisure.

  • DAY 7

    Hoi An and surroundings
    Explore the Ancient Town of Hoi An and its surroundings. Known to early Western merchants, Hoi An was one of the major trading centres of Southeast Asia in the 16th century. Hoi An has a mixed Chinese-Vietnamese atmosphere with low, tiled-roof houses and narrow streets; the original structure of some of these streets is still virtually intact. Many of the houses are constructed of rare timbers and decorated with lacquer panels engraved with Chinese characters and pillars carved with ornamental designs.
    Take a short boat ride across the river to a boat builder’s yard and woodcarvers. You will also visit a pottery and brick-making village. Return to the town for a discovery tour on foot through Hoi An Ancient Town which has been enlisted as a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage since 1999. You will visit some of the historic merchant and community houses, places of worship and the famous Japanese covered bridge.
    My Son Holy Land was an imperial city during the Champa dynasties, between the 4th and 12th centuries. My Son Sanctuary is a large complex of religious relics that comprises more than 70 architectural works. They include temples and towers that connect to each other with complicated red brick designs. The main component of the Champa architectural design is the tower, built to reflect the divinity of the king. On the way back, stop for a short visit to the Sa Huynh Champa Culture Museum in Tra Kieu.

    Hoi An - Hue
    After breakfast, the bus will take you to Hue. On the way, stop for photos at Hai Van Pass.
    Continue driving to Hue. Upon your arrival, check in at the hotel.

    HALF DAY HUE CITY TOUR

    Located in Central Vietnam, Hue was the former capital of the last Dynasty of Vietnam and has an elegant setting on the banks of the Perfume River surrounded by lush green hills. Founded as a Royal city in 1687, this small and quiet city is known for the magnificent architecture of its citadels, palaces, royal tombs, pagodas and temples built under the Nguyen dynasty. The city has preserved its cultural heritage including music, the arts and many other traditions and is probably the best place in Vietnam to get a sense of the past and imperial court life.
    Explore the Imperial City of Hue. The first stop is the Hue Citadel. The Hue Citadel is situated on the Northern bank of the Perfume River and built by Emperor Gia Long it was designed for the exclusive use of the Emperor and his household. The Citadel is a square 2 km wall encompassing 3 walled enclosures; the Citadel, Kinh Thanh Hue, the Yellow Imperial city, Hoang Thanh and in the centre the Forbidden Purple city Tu Cam Thanh where the Emperor lived. The Hue royal complex has been officially recognized by the UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.

    Hue - Ho Chi Minh city

    HALF DAY SAIGON CITY TOUR

    Formerly known as Saigon, today’s Ho Chi Minh City is the bustling and vibrating economic centre of the South. Over the past few centuries, Saigon was called the “Pearl of the Far East” and was an important trading centre for Chinese, Japanese and Western merchants who travelled along the Saigon River.
    Your sightseeing tour includes visiting bustling Cholon - Saigon's China Town, Thien Hau pagoda, one of the oldest pagodas of the Chinese in the area and colourful Ben Thanh Market. Notre Dame Cathedral inaugurated in 1880 became the spiritual and cultural crucible of the French presence in the Orient as was the Saigon Central Post Office designed by Gustav Eiffel and resembling a grand railway station.
    Photo stop at the Reunification Palace, renowned for its symbolic role in the fall of Saigon in 1975 and continue to visit the War Remnants Museum.

    Ho Chi Minh City - Mekong Delta - Ben Tre - Ho Chi Minh City
    Transfer to Ben Tre boat station. On arrival you will visit the bricks-kiln to see how to make brick by local people’s handy methods. Take boat trip around Ben Tre River to see how local people purchase coconuts on the river and visiting one of plenty of coconut processing workshops located along canal.

    Visit a coconut candy workshop to taste candy (Special products of Ben Tre province). Stop at mat-weaving village and enjoy some kind of seasonal-fruit, tea, and coconut juice.
    Biking to local restaurant enjoy lunch.

    After lunch continue biking on the village-paths have a sightseeing of local people’s daily activities, peaceful landscapes in Ben Tre’s countryside (rice fields, coconut gardens, tropical-fruit garden).
    Come to visit Ben Tre market.

    Ho Chi Minh City- Phnom Penh
    Enjoy your last day in Saigon before transfer to airport flight to Phnom Penh

    Please note that hotel check-out time is at 12:00 hrs. A late check-out can be arranged subject to room availability and a surcharge will apply.
    Upon arrival at Phnom Penh airport, you are warmly welcomed by our tour friendly tour guide and then transfer to hotel for check in. (room may not ready till afternoon). Start the tour by visit to the Royal Palace, serves as the residence of the King, a venue for court ceremony and as a symbol of the Kingdom. Inside the Palace grounds street sounds are silenced by the high walls and the royal buildings. Attached to the Palace compound, Wat Preah Keo Morokat (Silver Pagoda) is unique amongst pagodas; it is so named for its 5000 silver tiled floors. Continue to National Museum, one of Phnom Penh's true architectural gems. It was designed in Khmer style in 1917 by famed French architect Georges Groslier & Ecole Des Arts Cambodgiens.

    Phnom Penh - Siem Reap

    Today you will be transfer by road on private vehicle (no guide) to Siem Reap. Driving distance is 312 km with about 7 hours drive. Upon arrival Siem Reap, transfer directly to your hotel for check in and short rest.
    Evening, meet with our tour guide and driver for a dinner with Apsara Dance show. After dinner you may want to explore on your own the night life at Pub Street, the most popular place in Siem Reap to hang out at night time before overnight at your hotel.

  • DAY 13

    Siem Reap
    After breakfast at hotel, we go out to visit the antique capital of Angkor Thom (12 century): the South Gate with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of milk, the Bayon Temple, unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara, the Phimeanakas, the Royal Enclosure, the Elephants Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King. Lunch at local restaurant.
    Afternoon, visit Angkor Wat. Angkor Wat is a World Heritage Site since 1992, famous for its beauty and splendour. Angkor Wat features the longest continuous bas-relief in the world, which runs along the outer gallery walls and narrates stories from Hindu mythology, visit Bakheng Temple and enjoy a spectacular sunset view from Bakheng Hills.

  • DAY 14

    Siem Reap
    After breakfast at hotel, visit Ta Prohm, one of the area’s most beautiful temples. The temple of Ta Prohm was once used as a location in the famous Hollywood film Tomb Raider. Visit this master piece then continue to visit some nearby temples including Banteay Kdei, Srah Srong and Chau Say Tevado. Lunch at local restaurant.
    Afternoon, continue to board on boat to Tonle Sap (BoeungTonle Sap), the Cambodia’s great lake. Here, enjoy a brief cruise past floating villages complete with schools, restaurants, churches and hospitals. If time permitted, on the way back stop and visit at Artisan D’Angkor, an insight to the amazing skilled craftsmanship of Cambodian traditional handicrafts. You will see the work of the trainees who learn the art of stone carving, wood ornamental sculpture, the making of small furniture, the art of lacquer and polychromic.
